Yes. Alongside our standard semiconductor tooling line, we manufacture custom components to your drawings — from single prototypes to production runs. Send us a drawing and we'll scope it.

We can. Reverse engineering is one of our specialties — we measure an existing or worn sample with calibrated metrology and reproduce it faithfully, which is ideal when original parts are obsolete or no longer available.

Every critical dimension is verified with calibrated Mitutoyo instruments — microscope, digital micrometers, and vernier calipers — before a part leaves the shop. Digital surface grinding and milling let us hold tight, semiconductor-grade tolerances consistently.

Yes. Beyond the shop, we provide mechanical, electrical, and industrial system installation, plant maintenance and shutdowns, equipment overhauling, structural steel erection, piping, and commissioning — including alignment and balancing on site.

Lead time depends on the scope, complexity, materials, and quantity of the job. Once we review your drawing or sample, we provide a clear timeline along with your quote. On-time delivery is a commitment we take seriously.
